Your application will not be processed without the $25 application fee. The application fee must be in the form of money order or cashier’s check. There will be no cash accepted. This is non-refundable.

 Upon application approval, the following forms must be provided to secure your apartment home:

• Picture ID or Driver’s License for all household members over the age of 18

• Birth Certificates for all household members under the age of 18

• Social Security card for all household members

• Employment Verification / Proof of Income – copy of your last 6 paycheck stubs, current copy of Social Security award letter, pension, or Veteran’s benefit statement

• Bank Account Verification – Checking account = 6 months of statements, Savings account = current statement, Pre-Paid Card = current balance, 401K or IRA = current statement or quarterly reporting

When you have completed the application process, we will carefully review all the information. Provided your application meets our initial income guidelines, you will be asked to complete additional authorization forms. In order to continue to move through our application process, please plan to spend approximately 30 minutes with us during the visit.
