Worked here for 6months and boy what a waste of investment! The managers are not skilled to be salesman let alone leaders. The “top salesman” usually is someone who kisses the managers behind and gets a lot more help then everyone else. Management doesn’t actually want you to grow even though it’s to their benefit. They prefer to have more control and try to make sure your success comes from them rather than your skill set alone. Management gets paid more than they deserve and have just become numb to growth! There is a reason why they average cars a month! Probably over customers come in every month from walk-ins which means there should be no reason for that many sells in a month unless if management is weak..

I’m very new to sales and have previous management experience myself and from my point of view the managers here are all overpaid and childish. There is no type of leadership and no type of motivation here. Literally, the only good thing about this job is the pay plan which is why I managed to stay for so long.
