What if I Have a Multi-Line Account?

Each person can use the myCricket app on their phone, logging in with the account username and password. The main account holder can choose to share the account username and password to allow other lines to view account information. Additionally, they can turn on account PIN security to limit other users from making certain account changes or purchases. By default, account PIN security is set to off. How to Set Up myCricket App

Setting up the myCricket app is simple. The app is already installed on Android devices purchased from Cricket. You'll need to install the app for Apple devices, or if you brought your own device. But don't worry, we make it easy by sending a text message with the link to the app when you activate your device. View the myCricket app End User License Agreement.

How to schedule automatic payments

How to pay online

Sign in to My Account by entering your username and password. Once you're in the Payments section:

1. Enter your credit or debit card information and the amount you want to pay.
2. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
3. Select Review Payment.
4. Review your secure payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Submit Payment. Otherwise, select Edit to change your payment amount, then Submit Payment.
5. You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment.

Prefer to pay with a Cricket Refill Card? Just use the myCricket app or Quick Pay online.

How to pay on the go

Open the myCricket app and sign in. Then tap Pay Now at the bottom of the screen.

To Pay with a credit or debit card:

1. Tap Credit or Debit Card, and the amount you want to pay.
2. Enter your credit or debit card information. Or, select to use Auto Pay credit card (if applicable).
3. Agree to Terms and Conditions.
4. Tap the box if you want to set up Auto Pay with this card (if applicable).
5. Tap Review Payment.
6. Tap Submit Payment.
7. If you want to make an additional payment, tap Make Another Payment and select Credit or Debit Card.
8. You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment.

To pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay:

1. Open the myCricket app and sign in. Apple Pay, Google Pay and/or Samsung Pay will be available if you have an eligible device and your digital wallet is enabled.
2. Select digital wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay).
3. Enter the amount of payment and follow the steps to complete the transaction.

To Pay with a Cricket Refill Card:

1. Tap the Cricket Refill Card tab.
2. Enter your Cricket Refill Card Number and tap Validate. A screen will appear that displays the Refill Card payment amount.
3. Tap Submit Payment.
4. If you want to make an additional payment, tap Make Another Payment and select Cricket Refill Card.
5. You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment.

How to pay online without signing in

Select Quick Pay from the top of cricketwireless.com.

To pay with a credit or debit card:

1. Enter your phone number. 
2. Select the blue arrow to the right of Credit or Debit Card.
3. Enter your credit card information and the amount you want to pay.
4. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
5. Select Review Payment.
6. Review your secure payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Submit Payment. Otherwise, select Edit to change your payment amount, then Submit Payment.
7. You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment.

To Pay with a Cricket Refill Card:

1. Enter your phone number. 
2. Select the blue arrow to the right of Cricket Refill Card.
3. Enter your Refill Card number.
4. Select Validate.
5. Review your secure payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Submit Payment. Otherwise, select Edit to change your payment amount, then Submit Payment.
6. You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment.

To pay with a Service Payment Card:

1. Enter your phone number.
2.  Select the blue arrow to the right of Service Payment Card.
3.  Enter your card information and the amount you want to pay.
4.  Accept the Terms and Conditions.
5. Select Review Payment.
6. Review your payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Submit Payment. Otherwise, select Edit to change your payment amount, then Submit Payment.
7. You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment.

To pay with PayPal:

1. Enter your phone number.
2. Select the blue arrow to the right of PayPal.
3. Enter the amount you want to pay.
4. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
5. Click Pay with PayPal button.
6. Log into PayPal.
7. Choose your payment preference in PayPal.
8. Review your payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Pay Now. Otherwise, change your payment preference, then Pay Now.
9. You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment.

How do I View My Account Info?

Sign in to My Account from your computer or phone using your phone number or username and password. Or, download the myCricket App and sign in. You will see the following:

Account Summary

Here you’ll find a brief listing of your amount due and due date, along with any credits on your account. Underneath, you’ll find an overview of the phone numbers on your account and the plans and phones associated with each one. From here, you can opt to make a payment, set up Auto Pay, or select a phone number to view detailed plan, feature, and usage information. You can also upgrade your phone and add a line to your account.

Payments

This is your home for anything related to money. You can view your amount due and due date, set up or change your Auto Pay preferences, or pay via credit or debit. (To use a Cricket Refill, or Service Payment card, you’ll need to visit Quick Pay).

Billing History

The Billing section shows what you paid and when, so you’ll always have a record of your recent transactions. Charges are itemized for ease of reference.

Usage

Cricket plans include unlimited calls and texts, so we only track high-speed data usage and international add-on calling. Curious how much high-speed data you’ve used this month? Just visit Usage and select your phone number.

Account Settings

Need to reset your voicemail passcode, sign up for Cricket emails, or manage streaming settings? This is the place. You can also change your My Account password and turn Account PIN security on or off as necessary.

How do I Change My Account Info?

There are several ways you can change your Cricket account info:

  1. Sign in to My Account. 
  2. Select Account Settings from the top.
  3. Select Edit to change your account info.
  4. Make your changes, then select Save.
• myCricket app
  1. Open your myCricket app and sign in.
  2. To access Account Settings, tap the gear icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Select the information you would like to update, and follow the prompts.

Multiline account owners need to share the account password so other users can view account details. If account PIN security is off, users with the password can make account changes and purchases. If account PIN security is on, the PIN needs to be shared in order for other users to make changes or purchases.
