Lenovo boot menu refers to the accessible menu when starting up a Lenovo computer, which contains various devices like CD, DVD, USB flash drive, or hard drive to boot from. However, you need to pay attention to that the recovery drive will make you operating system return to the factory status. It means that you will lose your data and undo the changes that you have made on the device.

You are required to create a USB recovery drive if you don’t have it. Here are detailed steps.

Step 1: Connect your USB flash drive to a properly running Lenovo computer and then open the Control Panel. In the pop-up window, click Recovery to continue.

click next button

Hello, Soghpar I'm an independent advisor and I will try to help you today.

Regarding your query, could you send me a picture of the problem?

Other than that, try to enter the windows recovery environment to repair the startup. In your case you can enter these two ways:

Forcing equipment shutdown

You must enter the system recovery environment, but since you cannot access the PC, then you must force it to shut down. Complete the following steps:
1. You turn on your PC
2. Just when it is in that process, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off the device.
3. Then press the power button again to turn on the device.
4. At the first sign that Windows has started (for example, some devices display the manufacturer's logo on restart), press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off the device.
5. Press the power button again to turn on the device.
6. When Windows restarts, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off the device.
Press the power button again to turn on the device. Allow the device to fully reboot to enter the recovery environment.

Or you can also enter from the Home Screen
From the login screen (useful when we cannot access the desktop), choose the "restart" option and click on it while holding down the shift key on our keyboard.

Then the computer should enter the recovery environment and follow these steps:
-Click on Troubleshoot.
- Click on Advanced Options.
- Click Startup Repair.
- Choose the current user account, if it asks for a password, enter the password and click Continue.

Wait for it to restart and verify if it already enters the system normally.

Let me know if the problem is solved. I will be attentive to your answers
I hope this information will be useful.
Jesus C.

Hi Jesus

I could not enter recovery environment following these steps you mentioned. It keeps going to the same boot menu screen I am stuck. Above steps did not solve my problem. Also when I do a clean install I am not sure which partitions to delete. That is why I get alot of freezes and black and blue screen. Start up repair does not usually solve my problem.  Is there any instructions for a clean install of windows 10??  Is there any other way I can get my PC to boot?

Thank you

Hi!!!

If it won't let you into the recovery environment, you definitely have to do a clean install. . Do you have a USB of 4 gb or more? Have you downloaded the windows.ISO file? Have you already made a backup or security copy of your information? Because in the process they can be erased.

I will be careful
